1. Cancellation Policy
- Once a project has been initiated and work has commenced, cancellations are not permitted.
- Clients may discontinue ongoing services; however, payments already made are non-refundable.
- Subscription-based services can be canceled before the next billing cycle, but no refunds will be issued for the current cycle.
2. Refund Policy
- No Refunds: Due to the nature of digital services, we do not offer refunds once a project has started or a service has been availed.
- No refunds for completed or partially completed work—all payments are final.
- In the event of a billing error or duplicate payment, a refund may be considered, subject to verification.
3. Exceptions
- If Easify Technologies is unable to deliver the agreed-upon service due to unforeseen circumstances, a partial or full refund may be considered at our discretion.
- Any refund request must be made in writing to business@easifytechnologies.com within 7 days of the transaction.
