Custom Content Generation

Why this service is smaller than it used to be

Publishing large volumes of adequate content used to work. It does not any more, and we can show you the damage on our own site: a period of heavy listicle publishing, an impression spike at an average position in the eighties, and then a collapse to a fifth of the traffic we had at peak. That is what happens when a search engine concludes a domain produces filler.

So this service is deliberately narrow. Fewer pieces, from real expertise, aimed at questions with commercial value. Anyone offering you fifty AI-written articles a month is selling you a liability.

Where AI genuinely helps

Getting from blank page to draft. The most expensive part of writing for most subject experts. A structured draft from their own notes and a transcript removes it.

Structure and consistency. Headings, internal linking, keeping tone even across a set of pages written over months.

Turning one thing into several. A recorded conversation with someone who knows the subject becomes an article, a set of FAQ answers, and a service page section. That is the highest-value use we make of it.

Translation and adaptation, with a native speaker reviewing. Useful for our Hungarian and German work.

Where it does not

Anything requiring judgment, a real opinion, or a claim somebody has to stand behind. Case studies. Anything with a number in it. Anything where being subtly wrong matters, which includes most technical and all regulated content.

The test we use: could a reader tell that nobody who knew the subject was involved? If yes, it does not go out.

How we work

We interview the person in your organisation who actually knows the thing, record it, and build from that. It takes an hour of their time per piece and it is the difference between content that sounds like your company and content that sounds like every other company.

Then it is drafted, edited by a named person, checked against sources, and structured for search before it is published. You approve everything.

What you should expect

Content takes two to four months to show in search, and some pieces never rank while doing useful work in sales conversations. We will tell you which ones are for which purpose at the point we plan them, rather than judging everything by the same number.

How it works

Your knowledge, not the open internet
We work from your material: past projects, documentation, the answers your team gives customers every week. AI is used to draft and structure it, never to source it. Content generated from nothing reads like content generated from nothing, and search engines have got noticeably better at spotting it.
Every published word has a person behind it
A named editor is responsible for accuracy, tone and whether a claim can be supported. AI shortens the distance from blank page to draft, which is genuinely useful. It does not remove the need for somebody to be answerable for what goes out under your name.
Aimed at questions people actually ask
Topics come from your Search Console data, your sales calls and your support inbox, so each piece answers something a real person typed or asked. Volume for its own sake is how a site gets devalued now, and we have watched that happen from the inside.
Structured to be quoted
Clear questions and direct answers, so a search engine can pull a snippet and a language model can cite it. Increasingly the same requirement, and it is largely a matter of structure rather than a separate discipline. It also happens to make things easier to read.
Fewer, better, and honest about it
We would rather write eight pieces a quarter that are worth reading than forty that are not. The old arithmetic where more pages meant more traffic stopped working, and continuing to publish on that assumption is now actively harmful to a domain.

Questions

The things people ask first.

Is this AI-written content?
AI is used for drafting and structure. The source is always your own knowledge, and a named editor is responsible for accuracy, tone and whether a claim can be supported. Content generated from nothing reads like content generated from nothing, and search engines have got noticeably better at spotting it.
How much will you publish a month?
Fewer pieces than you are probably expecting: around eight a quarter that are worth reading, rather than forty that are not. The arithmetic where more pages meant more traffic stopped working.
Can you prove that?
On our own site. A period of heavy listicle publishing, an impression spike at an average position in the eighties, then a collapse to a fifth of peak traffic. That is what happens when a search engine decides a domain produces filler.
How much of our time does it take?
About an hour per piece from whoever actually knows the subject. We interview them, record it, and build from that. It is the difference between content that sounds like your company and content that sounds like every other company.
What will you not use AI for?
Anything needing judgment, a real opinion, or a claim somebody has to stand behind. Case studies, anything with a number in it, and anything where being subtly wrong matters, which includes most technical and all regulated content.
How long before it shows in search?
Two to four months, and some pieces never rank while doing useful work in sales conversations. We will tell you which is which when we plan them, rather than judging everything by the same number.
