About Renta Stay

Renta Stay is a modern property listing platform designed specifically for the UK's serviced accommodation market. The platform enables travelers to discover professionally managed apartments, holiday homes, and short-term rental properties through an intuitive search experience.

Unlike traditional property websites, Renta Stay focuses on showcasing verified accommodation providers while delivering a clean booking journey, fast search experience, and mobile-first interface.

The objective was to build a platform that increases trust, improves property visibility, and helps visitors quickly find accommodation that matches their travel requirements.

What we did

Our web design and development team worked closely with Renta Stay to revamp their online presence, creating a streamlined, modern website that reflects their brand’s commitment to quality and service. The new website was designed to provide an intuitive browsing experience, making it easy for users to explore available properties, check availability, and submit inquiries.

We integrated an SEO strategy to enhance visibility on search engines, targeting relevant keywords in the highly competitive property rental market. The combination of web development and SEO optimization helped Renta Stay improve their online reach, driving more organic traffic and increasing inquiries from potential tenants.

The challenge

Short term rental is a market with a trust problem, and travellers know it. Renta Stay lists professionally managed apartments and holiday homes, so its whole advantage over a general listings site is that the providers are verified, and that advantage is worthless if a visitor cannot see it. Search also had to be fast: somebody comparing accommodation is holding several tabs open, and the slow one loses.

The approach

We built it as a Next.js and React platform rather than a template, so search and the listing pages could be made genuinely quick rather than optimised afterwards. Verified providers are presented as such, property pages carry what a traveller actually decides on, and the interface was designed mobile first because most of this browsing happens on a phone.
