What we did

Rostavo was developed as an all-in-one operational management platform for in-home service agencies. The primary objective was to replace fragmented workflows and manual administrative processes with a centralized SaaS solution that automates scheduling, staff coordination, invoicing, compliance tracking, and client management.

The platform provides agencies with complete visibility into their daily operations through an intuitive dashboard, allowing managers to efficiently assign staff, monitor bookings, track compliance requirements, and manage payments from one place. The challenge

In home service agencies run on spreadsheets, a shared calendar and a group chat, and the cost of that shows up as double bookings, staff sent to the wrong address and invoices raised late. The client did not want another tool to add to the pile. They wanted the pile replaced by one place where bookings, staff, compliance and money all live.

The approach

We built Rostavo on Laravel as a single operational dashboard rather than a set of connected modules, because the value is in one manager seeing the whole day at once. Client bookings, staff scheduling, workforce management, invoicing, payments, compliance tracking and communication are one system, and the repetitive administrative steps between them are automated. The architecture carries a growing agency without the administrative load growing with it.
