Berlin, Germany

Web development for Berlin.

Custom websites, WordPress builds, stores and web applications for clients across Europe. We work in English on Central European Time, so a question in the morning gets an answer the same day rather than overnight.

What we build

What a web development agency in Berlin is hired for.

Berlin asks for development more than for a platform: the leading query is for a web development agency, and WordPress comes second. That mix skews towards work with a real data model behind it, which is why React and Next.js lead the list here rather than a CMS. Berlin also has more agencies per capita than anywhere else we work, so the useful thing we can offer is a published rate and a written scope rather than a pitch.

  • React and Next.js when it is closer to an application

Awarded for React in Hungary in 2024 and 2025. Used when the thing you need is a product rather than a brochure, with a real data model and server-side authorisation.

    Application development
  • WordPress, done so your team can actually publish

Awarded for WordPress in Hungary in 2024 and 2025, and named a top WordPress developer by Clutch in 2025. A familiar editor, an editing interface for the things you will really change, and documentation written for your team.

    Web design and development
  • Shopify and WooCommerce for selling

Payments, tax and shipping already solved rather than rebuilt. We will tell you when a platform store is the right answer and when your catalogue genuinely needs something custom.

    E-commerce builds
  • AI features, scoped before they are built

Corporate LiveWire named us AI Solutions Company of the Year in 2023. The first output of an assessment is usually a shorter list than the one you arrived with.

Work in Germany

We already work with a client in Germany.

Munich Coaching is a coaching practice in Munich, whose site, booking flow and CRM we built, on the same timezone as you and working with us in English.

I was very happy with overall my website. Easy to understand and work and update my website. It was very nice that Shaghyl explained and arranged every thing for me . I also like user friendly of website, good customer service and commitment I received.

How it runs

We are in Budapest and we work with Berlin clients remotely.

  • Central European Time

We are an hour or less from Berlin on the clock, so a question in the morning gets an answer the same day. Most of the friction in remote work is timezone, not distance.

  • English, and we say where the team is

The people you talk to are in Budapest; the engineering team is in India. We tell you that at the start rather than letting you work it out from an invoice, and it is the reason the rate is what it is.

  • A fixed price before anyone builds

A written scope with a fixed price and a timeline. A change of scope gets quoted before work starts on it, which is the only thing that keeps a fixed price fixed.

  • You can edit it, and you can leave

An editing interface for what you will actually change, documentation for your team, and the code and accounts are yours on final payment.

Questions

The things people ask first.

What does a website cost for a Berlin business?
Our rate is €25 to €45 per hour with a €1,000 minimum, and most projects come in under €10,000. A landing page is typically €1,000 to €2,000, a five to fifteen page marketing site €3,000 to €7,000, and e-commerce €6,500 to €16,000. Every band is published on our pricing page, which is unusual and deliberate.
Do you have an office in Berlin?
No. We are in Budapest and we work with Berlin clients remotely, on Central European Time. If an office in your city matters more to you than the work or the price, a local agency is the right answer and we will say so.
Why are you cheaper than a local agency?
Because the engineering team is in India while the people you talk to are in Budapest. Agency rates in Germany run roughly €85 to €180 an hour; ours are published and they are lower. That is a structural difference, not an introductory offer.
What work can you show in Germany?
Munich Coaching is a coaching practice in Munich, whose site, booking flow and CRM we built. The case study is published and linked to the live site. Across all our work that is around 350 designs since 2021 for clients in more than a dozen countries, every one named.
Do you work in German?
We work in English, and in Hungarian. Not in German, and we would rather say so now than have you discover it in week three. If day-to-day communication has to happen in German, a local agency is the better answer. Multi-language websites are a different matter, and those we build routinely, German included.
What happens if it goes wrong?
There is a defined period after launch where we fix defects at no cost, and you have the code throughout. We would rather you stayed because the work is good than because leaving is difficult.
